Bjorn is off on an adventure for two weeks, which is giving me the opportunity to focus on work for a bit and raise some capital for some of the projects we want to tackle when he gets back. That’s not to say I’m not doing stuff on the farm though. Yesterday afternoon after work I decided to tackle clearing out the space for the outdoor kitchen. It’s pretty amazing what you can achieve in a short two hours of time. There is still a lot to do, like build a frame around it to support the roof, but I am really happy with how it’s shaping up.

The purpose of the garden is to provide guests with a whole range of fresh herbs that they can using in their cooking or a tasty cocktail. The spot I chose for the garden is along side the pathway from where the guests carport will be.
